Introduced in August, 1999, the BSA Ambassador Emblem (a position patch) is worn on the left sleeve of Scouters who represent the BSA to OTHER youth-serving organizations at the local Council level. Ambassadors represent the BSA movement to national organizations such as the PTA. Ambassadors can be utilized locally to provide this relationship between key chartered partners at the Council level. |
