You may make a donation online through PayPal® or you may print the form and mail it along with your donation to the address below. We can accept checks and money orders only. When checks or money orders are used for international (non-USA) requests, please make them payable in US currency.

Please note that the minimum donation is $20.00 per patch. However, you may donate more than this if your wish. To donate more, enter the total amount of your donation into the donation field. Clicking on the "Calculate Totals" button will automatically calculate both your total donation based on the number of patches desired, if you haven't entered a higher donation value, and the handling fee.
